Privacy Policy

How Emergency Construction Hire collects, uses and protects your personal data. Last updated: 23 October 2026.

Who we are

Emergency Construction Hire is operated by Corrie D Marketing, a UK-based digital marketing and AI services business. Corrie D Marketing is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

You can contact us about any privacy or data request at info@corriedmarketing.co.uk.

What data we collect

We collect information you submit through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject (optional) and your message.
  • Free timesheet download forms — your first name, email address and company name (optional), so we can send you the timesheet you asked for.
  • Add your listing form — your business name, contact details and the business information you provide for your directory listing.

We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, through our hosting and security logs.

Business listing information

The directory shows business details such as business name, location, phone numbers, website and opening hours. Businesses can request correction or removal of their listing at any time by emailing info@corriedmarketing.co.uk.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and messages.
  • Send you the timesheet or resource you requested.
  • Create, manage and publish directory listings.
  • Process payments for paid listings.
  • Operate, maintain and improve the directory.

Form submissions may be forwarded to our customer relationship management system so we can manage enquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Payments

Payments for paid listings are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — we do not store full card details on our systems.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is only used if you accept analytics cookies through our cookie banner. For full details of the cookies and storage this site uses, see our Cookie Policy.

Lawful bases under UK GDPR

We process personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual necessity — to provide the service you asked for, such as delivering a timesheet or publishing a paid listing.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the directory and respond to enquiries.
  • Consent — for analytics cookies, which are only set if you accept them.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to keep records, for example for tax and accounting.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using our cloud database provider, with access controls in place. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Restrict or object to how we use your data.
  • Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@corriedmarketing.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Third-party links

The directory links to third-party supplier websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.

Children's data

This site is a business-to-business directory and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its last updated date.
