Terms of Service

Emergency Construction Hire is a UK directory helping trades find emergency plant, equipment, tool, materials and skip hire suppliers — including suppliers open weekends, evenings and out of hours. The service is operated by Corrie D Marketing.

Corrie D Marketing is not a party to any hire, supply or contract made between users and listed suppliers. Users deal with suppliers directly, and any agreement, payment, delivery or dispute is strictly between you and the supplier.

Listing information is provided by or about the businesses listed and may change. Availability, stock, prices, delivery times and response times vary. You should always confirm availability, prices and terms directly with the supplier before relying on any service.

The Emergency badge is only awarded after Corrie D Marketing has verified that the supplier genuinely offers out-of-hours availability. It is not awarded automatically on payment.

Businesses can advertise on the directory at the following tiers:

• Bronze — free.
• Silver — £29/month + VAT launch price (standard price £49/month + VAT).
• Gold Emergency Verified — £99/month + VAT launch price (standard price £149/month + VAT).
• Platinum — £99/month + VAT, or £990 + VAT per year (2 months free).

Multi-branch or national chains: each branch is listed separately at the same tier price — £29/branch/month + VAT on Silver, or £99/branch/month + VAT on Gold and Platinum.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe through the checkout on this site. We do not store full card details. Paid listings are published once payment is confirmed.

Businesses can request correction or removal of their listing at any time by emailing info@corriedmarketing.co.uk.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this site.
• List a business you are not authorised to represent.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Use the directory for any unlawful purpose.

The site design, branding, logo and content are owned by Corrie D Marketing. Business names and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse the site's content or branding without permission.

The directory is provided as a signposting service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corrie D Marketing accepts no liability for any loss arising from your dealings with a listed supplier, including the quality, availability or pricing of their services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its last updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
